#HappyHour – Instagram Worthy Cocktails

Happy Friday my friends!! We’ve been having some fabulous weather here on the east coast and that means it’s time to take our drinks outside. In honor of this great spring time weather, I’ve rounded up some great cocktails worthy of sharing on Instagram.



1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire gin
1.25 oz Barbadillo fino sherry
0.75 oz macadamia nut syrup
0.5 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz lime juice
3 dashes Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters
3 dashes mace tincture
15 muddled blueberries

Build ingredients together in a shaker, shake briefly with ice and double strain into a nog glass filled with pebble ice.  Garnish with fresh blueberries and grated mace. –Created by Greg Buda (The Dead Rabbit)


2oz Caliche Rum
.75 Concord Syrup
.75 Fresh Lime Juice
.5oz Egg White
Garnish: Concord Grapes with Edible Flower and Black Peppercorn


1oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
1oz Dewar’s white label
0.75oz Honey syrup. (equal parts honey and water)
0.75oz Fresh Lemon juice.

Shake and strain into chilled coupe glass or on the rocks in rocks glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
